Alternative Dispute Resolution Trainings

We partner with the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine Caruso School of Law to deliver world-class alternative dispute resolution (ADR) training for our partner countries. Straus is consistently ranked among the top dispute resolution programs in the United States.

For the civil-dispute portion of these trainings, Straus faculty deliver these trainings, which help equip judges and legal professionals with practical skills to resolve disputes more efficiently and collaboratively than traditional methods, leading to faster outcomes, reduced costs, and more mutually satisfactory resolutions.

For the criminal-justice portion of these trainings, SGJI leaders and other legal professionals train judges, prosecutors, defense counsel, and legal aid personnel on plea bargaining as a tool for effective and efficient case resolution.
